Nushka

Nushka, wow what can I say about our beautiful little girl.

She entered our lives in June 2005 at the age of six weeks: she whinged, hated the car and was even too scared to go out the front gate.

Nushka comes home

The first day she arrived, she could not get up the step

Nushka Bathing

Her first bath, she was so dirty!

Nushka Sleeping

Then she slept cuddled up in a doona in Jase's arms and went to sleep.

That was her first big day with us.

You would never believe that now! With a lot of patience and love she has turned into the most amazing little girl (we call her our little girl but at 27 kilos I suppose she is not that little lol). Now you can't stop her getting in the car, being sooo over excited to go walking, as soon as you start putting on your sandshoes she knows she is going out and jumps around barking like crazy, but as soon as you get her lead out she sits and waits trembling with excitment but she knows if she does not sit and wait she will not get to go walkies.

She is vey much the extrovert now and the dominant one.

Nush has her very individual traits which we haven't taught her but is just part of her, such as laying on her back and rolling a ball down her paws into her mouth and balancing it on her paws. She sits up on any chairs or park benches as if she owns them straight as.

She is a extremely affectionate dog and pushes her head onto yours and makes funny little noises, also puts one paw on your shoulder when your sitting down and pulls herself up with other paw so she has a paw on either side of your shoulder pushes her butt up sits on you and snuggles,I have never seen anything like it!

She is very much a shadow, even has to go to the toilet with you!

I am very priveleged and extremely blessed to have her share my life.
